If you are looking for a realtor who is committed, and extremely knowledgeable, Jim Day is the one. I had many questions regarding this entire process and he was always there to answer my inquiries even past business hours. We considered pausing on the entire process due our offers being denied constantly, but he assured us that he will help us find our forever home and he did not disappoint. He did an amazing job when it was hard market to find a good home and then to make sure that he did everything he could to get an offer accepted. Afterwards he helped by bringing food when it took a long time at closing waiting for paperwork. He also helped us look at aspects to make sure we made good decisions. He also help us with our previous home purchase and continued to follow up with us for five years when we were ready to move he was there to help. He’s very personable and considerate treats us like family.

Jim was awesome. Incredibly patient and understanding. Finding a house in this market is difficult and I can be rather particular. Jim was very accepting and understanding of my needs and wants for my home. Jim never made the process feel pushy or forced, he made sure that I wasn’t settling for less than what I actually wanted. He went above and beyond to find a way for me to purchase a home in this crazy market. The whole process felt more like working with a friend than a complete stranger.

Jim came highly recommend from my sister after she worked with him multiple times previously. There were some difficult aspects to us selling our home and buying a new one, outside of our or Jim's control. He was amazing at helping us negotiate these difficulties and we felt like we could really trust him and his guidance.
