If you’ve thought about a career in real estate, the first step is to take a pre-licensing course. These are offered throughout the year and with various schedules. After you pass the 99-hour pre-licensing course, you will take a licensing exam that has both a national portion and a state portion. Once you pass your test, you will need to join a brokerage. Relocation - A Boost to Your Business

CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty is a regional leader in the relocation business. We are proud to be a member of the RealogyAdvantage broker network, and we are honored to serve our military community. We receive leads from people relocating from all over the country. Many of our agents are eligible to receive these relocation leads. We also receive leads from our fellow CENTURY 21 offices nationwide and other referral sources. Our relocation department is constantly searching for new accounts to serve. Our relocation agents are “the best of the best”. They are our most highly trained and experienced agents with specialized education in relocation.

We help individuals, families, and corporations with their home selling and buying decisions based on our market and area expertise. We assist people who are moving into our area by getting them acclimated with the local community including providing information regarding schools, community centers, activities, culture, transportation, and general cost of living information.

Often times, we assist sellers with the sale of their property when they are already out of state. Our clients can rest assured that we will check on their property weekly to ensure it is safe and secure.
