Denise Gaines has been excellent realtor to us. She knew how to find information that we asked for and only showed us houses that we would be interested in. She was always available whenever we had questions and she would quickly find the answer for us. The home buying process is usually a very frustrating one but Denise was there with us every step of the way and made it painless and enjoyable for us. Denise was amazing! She is attentive, respectful, honest, responsible, knowledgeable, caring and most of all just a really great person who was 100% there for my family and I. Denise has a great attitude and nothing is too much to ask. She truly wants her clients to be happy. She is a hard worker and was totally dedicated to helping us sell our property. She was reliable and at the end of the day went above and beyond for the sale of our house. It was a pleasure to work with her.

"I highly recommend Denise as a realtor. She has always impressed me with how she is always professional in her work and always gives her clients the full benefit of her expertise. She is skilled at listening to what her client is looking for to accomplish in purchasing a home or selling a property. Her service is always personal and her clients are always satisfied. Denise is the first person I will go to if I need to by or sell a property.
