Donielle was crucial in the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had support every step of the way from our first showing writing the contract and submitting our offer same day to negotiations with the seller after having A LOT of back and forth and other buyers competition. She even made more showing appointments for us in between contract submission and acceptance for us. She worked very thoroughly with our lender and real estate attorney to make sure closing was as smooth and easy as possible. She was always available (even nights & weekends) which we greatly appreciated because we had odd coordination issues with our lender being in PST time zone and us living 5 hours away. And since closing she even left us a little gift and wrapped our new front door with a bow and she's been involved with helping us find necessary services and following up on post closing home issues that have popped up surprisingly. I can't recommend her highly enough.
